Cultures will be shipped within 5 days of purchase.
UK Orders:
- Cultures will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class post requiring a signature on delivery.
International Orders:
Upto two shipping options are available depending on country. To help ensure cultures arrive in optimal condition it would always be suggested to select the express courier option.
- Express courier services aim to deliver within 5 working days of posting. A tracking number will be provided with every order despatched.**
- Royal Mail Tracked & Signed parcels are currently arriving between 10-20 days from being posted.**
**Kaizen Cordyceps cannot accept liability for loss or damage to international orders as a result of being held by authorities in the receiving country.
