- Parcels are sent with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Two shipping options are available for most countries:
- Standard International Shipping. A tracking number is provided for the majority of countries. Parcels are usually delivered in 5-15 days.
- UPS Express Courier. Delivery aim in 2-5 days. *Prevent customs delays by promptly responding to any requests by customs or the courier to provide purchase documentation and/or pay import fees.*
- Get in touch before placing an order if you would like to know which shipping option is most suitable for your country at the time of purchase.
- Kaizen Cordyceps does not accept liability for parcels being damaged in transit.
- Kaizen Cordyceps does not accept liability for international parcels being refused entry or returned by the authorities in the recipient’s country.
